A corner store doubles up as a community nuisance |

This nondescript corner store of EZ market might not grab your attention had it not been for the milling crowd of noisy loiterers around this spot. The local community wants nothing short of closing down the store while the store owner says it is a law and order issue; while the Police say that the owner needs to keep a tab on the happenings outside the business. As the blame game continues, the hapless residents of the College Hill are forced to put up with thefts, crimes and burglaries. The absence of any loitering laws in Cincinnati, makes it even more difficult to curb this nuisance.
